The Analysis of Humidifying and Dehumidifying Way of Constant Temperature Humidity Test Chamber

 

Constant temperature humidity test chamber is equipped with the ability of heating, cooling, humidifying and dehumidifying. The testing product is putting into the working area of specified temperature humidity condition, which can test the products’ ability of resisting high low temperature and humidity.

 

Humidification system has 2 processes: humidifying and dehumidifying.

 

Humidifying way generally adopt steam humidification, low pressure steam is injected into the test zone and humidifying. The way for humidifying has the advantage of fast speed and sensitive control. Especially it is easy to achieve humidifying when cooling.

 

There are 2 ways to dehumidify: dry and mechanical cooling.

 

The principle of mechanical cooling is to cool the air below the dew point temperature, and make the moisture that greater than the saturation humidity ratio condensate and separate out, then low the humidify.

 

Dry dehumidify is to pump the air out by the air pump, and infuse the dry air. Meanwhile, send the wet air into the recyclable dryer and dry. After finish drying, and send back into the test chamber. To dehumidify in this recyclable way

 

Most suppliers adopt mechanical cooling dehumidification. Dry humidify can make the dew temperature below 0C, it is suitable for the special situation. The cost is high.
