Forced Convection of High and Low Temperature Test Chamber

If a high and low temperature test chamber’s internal volume needs to be increased to meet test standard, forced air convection may need to be introduced for temperature increasing and decreasing. Under that circumstance, test samples may need to be inspected in a test chamber pre-conditioned at room temperature. If none measuring point’s temperature on surface of the test sample will be decreased to 5C+ lower due to forced air convection inside of the test chamber, we can then determine that forced convection of the test chamber has minor effect on test sample.

When more than one test methods are defined in test standard, test sample must be studied at detailed level (temperature distribution, thermal limit, etc.).
