The Maintenance Measure of the Relative Spare Parts in the Constant Temperature Humidity Test Chamber

Constant temperature humidity test chamber is the most represented machine in the environmental test chamber. It combined the function of high temperature, low temperature, humidity together, so its repair is difficult than other environmental test chamber. In the daily life, in order to extend the lifespan of chamber, it need to make some maintenance in the daily life. Below is the maintenance of relative spare parts:

1.  The water tank checking and adjustment of constant temperature humidity test chamber
   The water in the water tank can’t be two high (overflow the tank) or too low, which will cause the abnormality of the water absorption of wet bulb gauze, to keep 3/5 is OK.

2. The changing of the web bulb gauze
   When the surface of the web bulb gauze is not clean or become stiff, then must change the testing gauze. Almost 3 months need to change one time.

3. The clearing of the dust of the condenser
   Please every month clear the dust that attaching in the cooling fin on the condenser.
