Ozone aging test chamberis produced by ozone generator with high concentration of ozone, which can be used in the aging test of non-metallic materials and organic materials (coatings, rubber, plastics, paints, pigments, etc.) under ozone conditions. The controller is a touch screen temperature control instrument with imported high-precision PID self-tuning function and accurate temperature control.
1. Ozone generator system:
It mainly includes ozone generator, air purifier and air flow control system and etc.
2. Refrigeration System:
Fully enclosed French taikang low noise compressor for refrigeration, cooling method: air cooling is performed with R404A fluoride-free coolant, which is environmentally friendly and pollution-free. The entire system pipeline is subjected to ventilation pressure test for 48H scavenging. High temperature and high pressure refrigerant is cooled by air cooling condenser, and then the refrigerant is kept in the evaporator with constant low temperature and low pressure expansion and vaporization to take away the heat in the test chamber, so as to achieve cooling effect.

4. Circuit control system:
A stable and reliable control system is composed of imported color touch screen and domestic quality electrical actuators.
