Therefore we need to put strict control of product requirements.
Firstly, the product should be placed in the middle of the high and low temperature test chamber, which can’t be placed directly on the surface of the chamber body. The distance between the sample frame should be adjusted according to the size, shape, quality and quantity of the product. Do not cover the upper air duct. And the sample should be at least 5 mm away from the left and right sides of the chamber.
Secondly, the volume of the high and low temperature test chamber should be 3 times as the sample. The sample should not be placed too tightly. If the sample is liquid, we must be sure to fill it with the container before putting it in the high and low temperature test chamber.
