How to cool the ozone aging test chamber

The content of ozone in the atmosphere is very small, but it is the main factor of rubber cracking. In order that we can take effective anti-aging measures to improve the service life of rubber products. The ozone aging test chamber and the ozone condition in the atmosphere have been surveyed, and try to find the action of ozone on rubber and to make out the anti-ozone aging performance and anti-ozonant of rubber.

The ozone aging test chamber can be divided into "static" and "dynamic" according to the test method and standard. Static means that the sample is stretched and then placed in the test chamber for testing. Dynamic is to place the sample on the fixture of the test box. The tensile side is tested, and the stretching is about 5% to 45% of the sample itself.

Principle of refrigeration work in ozone aging test chamber

The refrigeration cycle of the ozone aging test chamber adopts the reverse card cycle, which consists of two isothermal processes and two adiabatic processes.

The process is as follows: the refrigerant is adiabatically compressed to a higher pressure by the compressor, and the power is consumed. The gas temperature rises, and then the refrigerant exchanges heat through a medium such as a condenser to transfer heat to the surrounding medium. After the refrigerant is adiabatically expanded by the shut-off valve, the temperature of the refrigerant is lowered. Finally, the refrigerant absorbs heat from a higher temperature object by an evaporator or the like, and the temperature of the object to be cooled is lowered.

This cycle is repeated to achieve the purpose of cooling. The design of the refrigeration system uses energy regulation technology, and an effective treatment method can ensure the energy consumption and cooling capacity of the refrigeration system. It can be effectively adjusted under the normal operation of the refrigeration unit, In order that the operation cost of the refrigeration system dropped to a more economical state.
