Programmable high and low temperature test chamber is the necessary test equipment for aerospace,automotive,electronics and pharmaceuticals industry ect. It can be sued to test and determine the parameters and performance of electrical,electronic products and materials in high temperature and low temperature environment. The equipment uses forced air circulation to maintain uniformity of indoor temperature to limit the influence of radiation, the difference between the temperature of each part of the inner wall of the equipment and the temperature specified in the test shall not be more than 8%, and the test sample shall not be directly radiated by the heating and cooling elements in the equipment.
Operation note:
1. The operation of the high and low temperature test chamber shall be carried out in accordance with the operation rules or instructions of the test equipment.
2. Explosives, combustibles, inflammables and combustible gases shall not be used for testing.
3. Check the power supply part of the equipment before power on, whether the wire head falls off, the relay indicator is green, which means the wiring is correct, and the test chamber must be well grounded.
4. The leachate must be dripped outside of the test chamber before baking and then put into it.
5. There are test holes on the side. Pay attention to choose the area of the wire when connecting the test line of the specimen, and insert insulation material after connection.
6. When placing samples in the working room of the equipment, they should not be too dense so as to affect the gas flow and cause imprecision of the experiment.
7. Heat resistant gloves or tools must be worn when placing objects during the test.
8. When the equipment is running, the electrical control box cannot be opened to prevent dust from entering or causing electric shock.
9. When the equipment is running, there should be no objects covering the machine so as not to affect heat dissipation and maintenance.
10. The door of the test chamber cannot be opened while the equipment is running.
11. When doing high temperature test and when the temperature in the testing room is higher than 50 degrees, do not press the cooling switch to prevent damage to the compressor.
