1.Before the test, make sure that the water level of the water storage tank is not too high or too low. Overflow water accumulator too low or the water absorption of wet ball test cloth is abnormal, and that will affect the accuracy of wet ball water level.
2.If the machine is running below 0 °C, try to avoid opening the door. Because when making the low temperature test, if opening the door is easy to cause the internal evaporator and other parts to seal the ice.
3.When the low temperature operation is completed, and it is necessary to set the temperature condition at 60 ℃for about half an hour, so as not to affect the measurement time or icing phenomenon of the next working condition.
4.The radiator (condenser) of the freezer should be regularly maintained and kept clean.
5.During the operation, please do not open the door unless absolutely necessary, otherwise the following adverse consequences may result:
- High temperature moisture is very dangerous to punch out of the box.
- The inside of the door is still holding high temperature and causing injury.
- High temperature air may trigger a fire alarm, causing malfunction.
6.Please note that this unit must be grounded safely to avoid static induction.
7.Avoid turning off and turning on the freezing unit within three minutes.
8.If the sample is placed in the test chamber, please use the external power supply for the sample power control. Do not use the unit directly.
9.Circuit breaker, temperature over-temperature protector, provide the test products of this machine and the operator's safety protection, so please check regularly.
10. Properly install the gauze of the wet ball to ensure the correct relative humidity.
