Control system: refers to the management system consisting of the control subject, the control media and the control object with its own goals and functions; it is the core system of the device, which determines the important parameters such as the heating rate and accuracy of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber. Lenpure use the UNIQUE (UMC) from Japan, which is easy to operate and has remote operation function.
Refrigeration system: It is one of the key parts of the comprehensive test chamber. It is more complicated than the heating system. It is mainly composed of two parts, which include the high temperature part and the low temperature part. It uses the brand Tecumesh compressor from French.
Air circulation system: consists of a centrifugal fan and a motor running on the drive, which provides the internal air circulation of the device.
Humidity system: The temperature system is divided into two subsystems: humidification and dehumidification. The humidification method generally adopts the steam humidification method, that is, the low pressure steam is directly injected into the test space to humidify; there are two kinds of dehumidification methods: mechanical refrigeration dehumidification and dry dehumidification.
Sensor system: A sensor is a detection device that can sense the information being measured, and can transform the sensed information into an electrical signal or other required form of information output to meet the information transmission and processing. Requirements for storage, display, recording and control; platinum sensors and thermocouples are used in temperature sensors; there are two methods for measuring humidity: dry-wet bulb thermometer and solid-state electronic sensor direct measurement.
Heating system: The heating system is a relatively simple system, generally using titanium alloy electric heating heater, which is more resistant to corrosion than the previous nickel-chromium alloy.
