Ozone test chamber operation matters

Ozone test chamber can be used in rubber products such as vulcanized rubber, thermoplastic rubber, cable insulation sheath and other products. Under static tensile deformation, it is exposed to airtight and constant temperature test chambers with constant ozone concentration and sealed time.

The sample is tested for the degree of change in cracking or other properties occurring from the surface of the sample to assess the ozone aging resistance of the rubber.
In the usual operation, we should pay attention to the following points:

1. The power supply should be equipped with an overloaded fuse device in the power supply line for special use of this box to ensure that the equipment has a good grounding device, which not only ensures the safety of the test personnel, but also ensures the service life of the equipment.

2. After the samples are numbered one by one, place the samples on the test carousel, and do not contact each other and collide with each other to ensure that the ozone is tested at a uniform concentration and on each sample during the test.

3. Close the door after the above points are completed. Turn off the various switches of the control system, plug the power plug into the power switch, turn it on automatically, and the power indicator of the control system will be on. If you need to heat up, you must turn on the switch (ie high temperature switch and low temperature switch), then adjust the automatic control system.

4. The ozone aging test chamber should be placed in a well-ventilated indoor horizontal position, and no flammable or explosive materials should be placed around it.
