(2) The test humidity range is 40%~98%RH
(3) The time setting range is 1~60000H
(4) The ramp up rate is 1.0℃~3.0℃
(5) The ramp down rate is 0.7℃~1.0℃
(6) The temperature uniformity should not be more than 2℃
(7) The humidity uniformity is≤+2/-3%RH(When humidity≥75%R.H), ≤±5%RH (When humidity <75%R.H)
(8) The temperature fluctuation degree should not be more than0.5℃
(9) The wind speed in the test box should be no more than 0.2m/s

2: The requirements of product structure and appearance

(1) The workshop shall be made of corrosion-resistant materials and the surface shall be easy to clean.
(2) The condensate water shall not be allowed to drip in the working space. The equipment shall be excluded continuously and shall not be used as humidifying water without treatment.

(3) The radiant heat of the element should not be applied directly to the test sample
(4) There should be no windows or lighting in the workshop.
(5) Doors, ventilation, ducts and refrigeration systems should be sealed reliably and should not leak.
(6) The appearance of coating should be smooth and smooth, uniform color, there should not be exposed bubbling layer or scratch marks.

3: The requirements of safety and environmental protection

(1) The insulation resistance of the terminals to the metal casing of the box should be satisfied.Cold 2 Μ Ω above (with 500 v, the accuracy of 1.0 measurement by megger); and can withstand voltage test of 50Hz ac voltage 1500V pressure time 5s.

(2) The protective earthing terminal shall have good electrical connection with the test box enclosure and be conveniently and firmly connected, and shall comply with the regulation of 7.1.9 of GB/ t14048.1-2000
.
(3) There should be over-temperature and over current protection and alarm devices.
(4) Whole machine noise should not be higher than 75dB(A).
