Several principles of constant temperature and humidity test chamber

It mainly provides test conditions and test environment for complex high and low temperature alternating, constant warming, etc. for product development, production and inspection, and is suitable for home appliances, scientific research, rubber and other industries.

Therefore, the normal operation of the six systems is indispensable. The working principle and working process of several main systems are preliminarily described below:

1) Heating system: The heating system of the constant temperature and humidity test chamber is relatively simple compared to the refrigeration system. The heating system of the test chamber is relatively powerful, and a heater is also provided on the bottom of the test chamber.

2) Refrigeration system: The refrigeration system is one of the key parts of the comprehensive test chamber. The refrigeration system consists of two parts, called the high temperature part and the low temperature part, each of which is a diseased refrigeration system.

3) Control system: The control system is the core of the comprehensive test chamber. It determines the important parameters such as the heating rate and accuracy of the test box. Most of the current controllers use PID control.

4) Humidity system: The temperature system is divided into two subsystems: humidification and dehumidification. The humidification method generally adopts a steam humidification method, that is, the low pressure steam is directly injected into the test space to humidify. There are two types of dehumidification: mechanical refrigeration dehumidification and dry dehumidification.

5) Air circulation system: The air circulation system generally consists of a centrifugal fan and a motor that drives it. It provides circulation of air in a constant temperature and humidity chamber.

6) Sensor system: The sensors in the test chamber are mainly temperature and humidity sensors. Platinum groups and thermocouples are used in temperature sensors. There are two methods for measuring humidity: dry-wet bulb thermometer method and solid-state electronic sensor direct measurement method.

The functions of the six systems of constant temperature and humidity test chambers are of great importance and are indispensable in the normal operation of the test chamber. The above introduction can teach you more effective use of these functions.
