Maintenance of walk-in temperature and humidity chamber

In order to make the system safe and trouble-free operation. Regular inspections and repairs not only solve problems in a timely manner but also keep the system in top working condition.

1.Walk-in temperature and humidity test chamber should strictly abide by the system operation rules and avoid other people's illegal operating system. The equipment system must be operated and maintained by a dedicated person.

2. System usage files should be established to facilitate system maintenance. The use of the file should record the start and stop time (date) of each run, the type of test, and the ambient temperature.

When the system fails, the fault phenomenon should be described as much as possible. The maintenance and repair of the system should be as detailed as possible. Record.

3. The walk-in temperature and humidity test system is not used for a long time, which will affect the effective service life of the system. Therefore, the system must be turned on at least once every 10 days.

Do not repeatedly stop the system operation in a short period of time. The number of starts per hour should be less than 5 times. The time of each stop is not less than 3rain, not at low temperature. Open the door of the walk-in temperature and humidity test system to prevent damage to the door seal band.

4. The test product placed in the walk-in temperature and humidity test system should be separated from the suction and exhaust ports of the air conditioning channel to avoid obstructing the air flow.

5. In order to ensure that the cooling water supply is normal and clean, the chiller cooling water filter is cleaned every 30 days or so. If the cooling water tower of the water supply is cleaned, the local air quality is relatively poor, and the dust content in the air is very high, generally about 7 days. Clean the cooling tower reservoir.

6. The main power switch (leakage short circuiter) operation test is performed periodically every month to ensure that the switch acts as a leakage protector when the load capacity is satisfied. The specific steps are: first confirm that the main power switch is turned "ON", that is, the system is powered, then press the test button. If the leakage is broken and the switch lever of the device falls, this function is normal.

7. Over temperature protector action test. Set the temperature of the over-temperature protector to be lower than the temperature of the cabinet. If the E0.0 alarm and buzzer sound appear, it indicates that the function is normal. After the above test is completed, the temperature protection setting value should be re-set properly, otherwise it may cause improper suspension.

8. The leakage, overload and short-circuit protection characteristics of the leakage switch are set by the manufacturer. They cannot be adjusted freely during use, so as not to affect the performance. After the leakage switch is disconnected due to short circuit, the contact should be inspected. If the main contact burns seriously or When there are pits, repairs are required.

9. Once a year, use a vacuum cleaner to remove dust from the power distribution room and water circuit room. Once a month, use a dry cloth to clean up the water in the drain unit of the suction unit.
