In the UV weather test chamber, the actual humidity will reach 100% or the actual humidity will be very different from the target humidity, and the value will be much lower. The former phenomenon may be caused by the drying of the gauze on the wet bulb sensor.
You shall to check whether there is water shortage in the water tank of the wet bulb sensor, the water level in the water tank is automatically controlled by a water level controller. Check whether the water supply system of the water level controller is normal and the water level controller works normally.
Another possibility is that the wet ball gauze will be hardened due to the long use time or the purity of the water supply, so that the gauze can not absorb moisture and be dry.
The above phenomenon can be eliminated by replacing or cleaning the gauze. The latter phenomenon is mainly because the humidification system does not work.
Check the water supply system of the humidification system, whether there is a certain amount of water in the water supply system, whether the water level control of the humidification boiler water level is normal, and whether the water level in the humidification boiler is normal.
If everything above is normal, then check the electrical control system, which should be repaired by professional maintenance personnel.
In order to make the UV aging test chamber work better, maintain a good state for a long time.
The UV weatherproof test chamber should be maintained as follows:
1. Keep enough maintenance space between the equipment and adjacent walls or other equipment after installation.
2. The ambient temperature of the installation site cannot be changed drastically;
3. When the equipment is in non-working conditions, it should be kept dry, drain the water after running, and dry the studio and the cabinet.
4. The equipment is good to place in a well-ventilated place (recommended to install a ventilation fan to keep the room ventilated.
5. The operator is equipped with protective eyepieces and sheath, because the ultraviolet radiation has a strong hazard to personnel (especially the eyes), so operators should minimize exposure to ultraviolet light (contact time should be <1min)
6. The test box is not used for a long time, re-use must be carefully checked the water source, power supply and various components, after confirming the correct, then start the UV aging box.
