The salt spray test chamber consists of a working chamber, a spray system and an electrical control system.
Studio: It is a rectangular parallel piped, which is a place to simulate the atmosphere and salt spray environment. There are one or two spray towers on the right side or the center, a mist collecting funnel on the front side or the left side, and a water retaining ring on the bottom.
The center hole is opened on the back side of the box through the pipe, and the mist pipe is connected to balance Indoor and outdoor air pressure. Sample racks are also available in the workroom for sample placement.
Spray system: consists of oil water separator, pressure regulator, air saturator and spray tower. The system purifies, decompresses, and saturates the compressed air, and then acts on the brine in the spray tower to form a salt spray dispersion system.
Electrical control system:
Real-time monitoring (monitoring controller real-time data, signal point status, actual output status)
Curve recording function 3.3.1. The controller can store historical data within 600 days (in the 24-hour running state, the recording interval is more than 1min, the Control data is recorded at the same time), and the historical data curve of the uploaded control can be played back.
In the state of machine stop, you can insert the U disk to export or upload data at any time, and the exported file can be viewed or converted to EXCEL format by computer with random gift software.

With automatic calculation function, the temperature and humidity change conditions can be corrected immediately, making the control more precise and stable.
The salt spray test chamber uses a tower salt spray generation system. The gas generated by the compressor is purified, preheated, and depressurized, and then enters the nozzle. The brine replenishment system supplies the brine to the nozzle suction pipe.
When spraying, the compressed air rushes out of the nozzle, creating a negative pressure above the suction pipe. Under the action of the negative pressure, the brine sprays the glass nozzle toward the tip cone and spreads to the entire working space to form a diffuse state, simulating the salt spray environment.
Test standard GM4465P covers the requirements for testing water resistance of coated specimens in saturated water fog condition.
The temperature within the exposure zone of the closed chamber shall be maintained at 38 ±1℃ and recorded continuously throughout the test duration by an external chart recorder (24h~7 day recorders recommended)
At least 2 clean fog collectors shall be placed within the exposure zone so that no drops of solution from the test specimens or any other source shall be collected.
Collection rate mapping of a chamber throughout the exposure zone to ensure conformance the collection rate requirement is recommend as a means of reducing test variability.
Test interruptions should be limited to a maximum of 3 in any 24 period. The duration of any single interruption shall be limited to a maximum of 10 minutes.
