Preparation of salt spray test solution

1. Preparation of acetate solution

The range of preparation of this solution should be controlled from 3.1 to 3.3. Firstly, the chemically pure chlorinated na which conforms to GBl266 is dissolved in the third grade water conforming to GB6682, the concentration is (50±10) g/L.

And then the pH value of the solution is adjusted with acetic acid so as to be in the range of 3.1 to 3.3. The collected salt spray samples were measured. The pH should be measured at 25 ° C. The prepared solution should be filtered before use.

2. Preparation of copper accelerated acetic acid solution

First, chemically pure chlorinated na solution conforming to GB1266 is in accordance with GB6682 tertiary water with a concentration of (50±10) g/L. In the second step, reagent grade copper dichloride (CuCl221120) was added to 3.8 liters of brine for dissolution and thorough mixing.

In the third step, the pH of the solution was adjusted with acetic acid to a value in the range of 3.1 to 3.3, which was measured using the collected salt spray sample. The pH should be measured at 25 ° C. The prepared solution should be filtered before use.

3. Preparation of neutral salt spray solution

The first result was that the pH of the test solution was determined to be 6.5 to 7.5 at 25 ° C using a pH test paper. The chemically pure chlorinated na which conforms to GBl266 is dissolved in the third grade water in accordance with GB6682, and the concentration is (50±10) g/L.

When it is out of range, it can be adjusted by adding analytical hydrochloric acid or sodium hydroxide solution. The prepared solution needs to be filtered before use.
