2.Can you arrange environmental test chamber delivery to my door?
Yes,of course ,please provide your destination address clearly,we will check cost for you.
3.How long the warranty of your environmental chambers covered?
We provide free parts replacement service for accessories with one year.
4.How long will it take from order placement to goods delivery of environmental chambers,?
For standard environmental chambers, we have semi-finished products and finished products, the delivery time is about 15days.For non-standard environmental chambers, the delivery time is about 45~50 days.
5.How many certifications do you have ?Can you offering the calibration certificate of the environmental test chamber we ordered?
We have passed the CE certification, the ISO certification and SGS certification etc.Third part calibration certificate,for example SGS will need extra cost.
Our internal calibration certificate is available for free.
6.What solutions will you provide if Climatic test chamber break down ?
We will give you guidance through video conference/picture when we receive your notice of repair. If necessary, we could also send our engineers to your country for troubleshooting.
7.How to install and use LENPURE environmental chamber ?
The product is shipped with an operating instructions and video of English version.For large walk in test chamber that can't be put into the container, we will dismantled it first and provide on-site service of our engineer visit your company
