How to solve salt spray chamber stop to spray

In the course of the salt spray fog test, sometimes there will be some problems that cannot reach the spray state. In order to achieve an ideal salt spray test also need to understanding of the following:
When the fog in the salt spray chamber is insufficient -- Reason & Solution:
1) Spray regulator placed too lower, should adjust the height of the spray regulator;
2) The glass filter in the preheating tank was clogged, and the filter should be cleaned regularly in this case;
3) Equipment pressure setting is too low, this phenomenon needs to adjust the control valve, adjust to 1Kg / ㎝ 2 pressure level. At the same time, the pressure regulator on the air Compressor needs to adjust to 2Kg / ㎝ 2 pressure level.
When the salt spray chamber cannot spray, or the nozzle has been blocked -- Reason & Solution:
1) Air compressor stop running, turn on air compressor;
2) The air compressor outlet switch turn-off, turn on it
3) Malfunction of the solenoid valve, pressure gauge failure or the pressure is too low, contact with LINPIN supplier to repair;
4) When the nozzle has been clogged, it is necessary to carefully remove the nozzle to cleaning.
