The Technical Parameter of Salt Spray Test Chamber

Working Principle of Salt Spray System

Salt spray test chamber simulates salt fog environment in the atmosphere and tests the degree of the sample performance influenced in the salt fog environment.

Based on certain test conditions, the user prepares the test solution of the definite concentration and allocates the tubular electric heating element at the bottom of the chamber to create the salt fog humid environment through the control system. The air supply from the external is humidified and heated through the saturator and then the salt fog is sprayed on the test sample through air hoses and the spray tower to form a salt spray corrosion environment

This salt fog system can achieve the corrosion effect which be reached in dozens of days or months under the common salt spray environment to the test sample in a short time. Besides, the system can also regulate the saline solution concentration according to the test requirements and well test the salt fog corrosion resistance of some products
