The operating environment has the direct or indirect influence on the efficiency of high-low temperature test chamber. What’s the appropriate environment for the test chamber? Now we will make a brief introduction about it.
1.The operation temperature must be around 5 to 30℃, ≤85%R.H, if the operating site is not in the temperature range, an air-condition is needed;
2.Equipment should be placed in the environment of direct sunlight or other direct heat radiation;
3.No strong vibration around;
4.No high density dust or corrosion materials around;
5.Leave some space between the high-low temperature test chamber and the wall, in order to inspect or maintain the machine when needed.
Please be attention that the environment temperature is particularly important to the machine’s work efficiency, professionally, it is an endothermic process during the refrigeration process of high-low temperature test chamber, so it will undoubtedly increase the working load of the compressor and reduce its working efficiency, if the temperature is too high in the working environment. What’s more, the cleaning should not be ignored for the test chamber, and cleaning skills should be learned.
