The core components of high and low temperature test chamber is refrigeration compressor, it has a decisive role in refrigeration system. And in normal circumstances the number of compressor starts in each hour is not more than 6 times, otherwise it’s considered a failure occurred. What is the reason why the compressor is constantly shutting down and start? What should the user implement which measures to prevent the occurrence of this failure?
First, the voltage is too high or too low, and unstable problems → need to wait for the power supply voltage return to normal power supply or install the AC voltage regulator for the test chamber to provide a stable 380V power supply;
Second, door seal is not strict, leakage problems → door seals should be adjusted or replace the door seal;
Third, over-current over-temperature protection relay disc bimetal failure problem → replace the new over-current over-temperature protection relay;
Fourth, the condenser heat dissipation problem → Caused condenser with bad heat dissipation effect mainly reason for surface of the condenser has dirt and test chamber ambient temperature is too high, so the need for regular cleaning of the condenser dirt, thereby improving the heat dissipation test chamber condition.
