Static and Dynamic tensile test Lenpure Ozone Aging Test chamber

Static tensile test

The two ends of the specimen were clamped on the sample test fixture, setting an elongation stretch, is 20%. The fixture is mounted on the rotating sample holder, rotate speed of test specimen fixture is 1 r/min. Experiments were carried out with 40 ±2 ℃, ≦65%RH at a prescribed ozone concentration.

Dynamic tensile test

According to the standard, the specimen fixture can automatically stretch and reset the specimen, and the tensile frequency is 0.5 ±0.025 Hz, and the two ends of the specimen are clamped on the special fixture, so that the specimen is stretched from 0 to the maximum elongation. The fixture is mounted on the rotating sample rack, and the rotation speed of the sample rack is between 20-25 mm / s. At 40 ± 2 ℃,specified ozone concentration, the fixture cycle stretching and reset and rotate with the sample rack to carry out the test. Check the crack of the sample after the prescribed time.the general ozone concentration is 50 ±5) 10-8.
