During warranty, new accessories or repaired parts will be immediately sent to customers without extra charges if the parts are caused by equipment breakdown. Even beyond the warranty, some small accessories will be provided with 0 fees or with low cost.
Regarding some technical setting or simple repair, generally speaking, Lenpure® provides instructions or solutions via video conference, telcon, social softwares (WeChat, Skype, Whatsapp, etc) and e-mail. When it comes to big trouble which can only be solved by engineers of Lenpure®, we will assign our after-sales engineer to local site for fast troubleshoot, to minimized the loss caused by shutdown of test chamber failure.
