Product Application:
The series of high and low-temperature alternating wet and hot test chamber are suitable for aerospace products, information electronic instruments, materials, electrical appliances, electronic products, and various electronic components. These chambers are used to test the performance indicators of these items under high and low-temperature or humid and hot environmental conditions.

Chamber Structure:
The chamber of the high and low temperature alternating humidity test chamber is processed by a CNC machine tool, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing and elegant design. It is equipped with a non-reaction handle for easy operation.
The inner chamber is made of imported high-grade stainless steel (SUS304) mirror plate, while the outer chamber is made of A3 steel plate with spray plastic coating, which enhances the appearance and cleanliness.
The water supply tank is located at the lower right part of the control box and features an automatic water shortage protection system, making it more convenient for operators to replenish water.
A large observation window with a lighting lamp keeps the inside of the box bright. The use of an inlaid tempered glass in the heating element allows for a clear view of the internal conditions at any time.
The humidification system's piping is separated from the control circuit board to prevent malfunctions caused by water leakage from the humidification pipes, thereby enhancing safety.
A multi-blade fan provides powerful air circulation, eliminating any dead zones and ensuring uniform distribution of temperature and humidity within the test area.
The airflow design, including both supply and return air, meets the testing standards for air pressure and velocity, and allows for a quick recovery of temperature and humidity when the door is opened.
A double-layer high-temperature resistant, high-tension sealing strip is used between the door and the chamber to ensure the airtightness of the test area.
A test hole with a diameter of 50 mm is provided on the left side of the box for connecting external test power cables or signal lines. (If an increase in hole diameter or number is required, it should be specified when ordering.)
The machine is mounted on high-quality fixed PU casters at the bottom.
Control System:
The control instrument of the high and low-temperature alternating wet and hot test chamber adopts the Japanese original imported “Yokogawa” brand temperature and humidity meter, equipped with a 7-inch high-definition true color LCD touch screen display.
It has a capacity of 1000 programs, each of which can cycle through 999 steps, with a maximum setting time of 99 hours and 59 minutes per segment; it also features a function to link 10 program groups.
The controller can store historical data for up to 600 days and can replay the historical data curves uploaded within the control system.
The equipment has powerful network monitoring and control functions. Even if you are not next to the machine, you can operate and monitor it in real-time on a computer, keeping track of the device's operating conditions.
The controller panel is equipped with a standard 10M/100M Ethernet interface, which automatically acquires an IP address for remote control.
It supports real-time monitoring, playback of historical curves, program editing, FTP upload and download, viewing of historical faults, and remote set-point/program control functions.
It has an automatic calculation function that can immediately correct temperature and humidity changes, making the control of temperature and humidity more precise and stable.
Refrigeration System:
The refrigeration unit of high and low temperature alternating humidity test chamber uses a fully enclosed compressor originally from France, specifically the “Tecumseh” brand. The refrigeration system is designed with a single-stage or two-stage low-temperature loop system. Additionally, it features a drying filter from the United States by “Alco,” an oil separator from Taiwan by “Guan Ya,” and an electromagnetic valve from Italy by “Castel”.
The heating, cooling, and humidifying systems are completely independent, which enhances efficiency, reduces testing costs, extends service life, and lowers the failure rate.
