High-low temperature alternating test chambers can generally be divided into programmable high-low temperature test chambers (with touch screens/keypads) and single-point high-low temperature test chambers.
They are used to test the endurance of material structures or composite materials under extreme high and low temperature conditions, in order to evaluate the chemical changes or physical damage caused by thermal expansion and contraction.
Suitable materials include metals, plastics, rubbers, electronics, and more, and the test results can serve as a basis or reference for product improvement.

Chamber structure:
The high and low temperature alternating test chamber is manufactured with precision using CNC machine tools, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing and generous design. It features non-reactive handles that make operation straightforward and user-friendly.
The interior of the chamber is lined with high-grade imported stainless steel (SUS304) mirror panels, while the exterior is constructed from A3 steel plates with a spray plastic coating, enhancing both the visual texture and cleanliness of the chamber.
A large observation window equipped with a lighting fixture ensures the interior remains well-lit, and the use of embedded tempered glass within the heating element allows for clear observation of the chamber's conditions at any time.
The machine is equipped with high-quality, fixed casters made of PU (polyurethane) at the base, providing stability and ease of movement.
On the left side of the chamber, there is a 50mm diameter test port designed for the connection of external test power cables or signal lines.
Control system:
The high-low temperature alternating test chamber is equipped with an original Japanese "Easy Control" brand temperature and humidity instrument, featuring a 7-inch high-definition true color LCD touch screen.
It has the capacity for 1000 programmable segments, with each segment capable of looping through up to 999 steps, and the maximum setting for each segment is 99 hours and 59 minutes. It also includes a 10-program link function.
The controller can store historical data for up to 600 days (under 24-hour operation, with a recording interval of more than 1 minute, recording both temperature and humidity data simultaneously), and it can replay and upload the historical data curves of the control.
The device has powerful network monitoring and control capabilities, allowing you to operate and monitor in real-time on a computer even when you are not next to the machine.
The controller panel comes standard with a 10M/100M Ethernet interface, which can automatically obtain an IP address for remote control. It supports functions such as real-time monitoring, historical curve playback, program editing, FTP upload and download, historical fault viewing, and remote setpoint/program control.
It also features an automatic calculation function that can immediately correct temperature and humidity change conditions, making the control of temperature and humidity more precise and stable.
Refrigeration system:
The high and low temperature alternating test chamber utilizes a fully enclosed compressor from the original French brand "Tecumseh" for its refrigeration unit.
The refrigeration system is designed with either a single-stage or two-stage low-temperature circuit system.
A multi-blade fan is employed for strong air circulation, which helps to eliminate any dead spots and ensures uniform temperature distribution throughout the test area.
The air circulation system is designed with both outlet and return air paths, ensuring that the air pressure and velocity meet the test standards and allowing for quick temperature recovery after the door is opened.
The heating, cooling, and other systems are completely independent, which can increase efficiency, reduce testing costs, extend the lifespan, and decrease the failure rate of the equipment.
