Chamber structure:
The chamber is processed and formed by a CNC machine tool, with an attractive and elegant appearance. It features a non-reactive door handle for easy operation.

- **Ozone Aging Test Chamber Stirring System**: It uses a long-shaft fan motor with a stainless steel multi-blade impeller that is resistant to high and low temperatures, to achieve strong vertical diffusion and circulation.
- **Sealing Between Door and Chamber**: Double-layer high-temperature-resistant, high-tension sealing strips are used to ensure the airtightness of the test area.
- **Base of the Machine**: Equipped with high-quality fixed PU casters.
- **Observation Window**: Multi-layer hollow tempered glass with an inner conductive film bonded by adhesive.
- **Built-in 360-Degree Rotating Sample Rack** (Rotation speed: 1 revolution per minute).
Control system:
The control system employs an imported Weilun color touch screen and a Siemens PLC module from Germany.

Refrigeration system:
The refrigeration unit employs a fully enclosed compressor from the original French “Tecumseh” brand.

- **Airflow Design**: The air circulation system is designed for optimal outflow and return airflow, meeting test standards for air pressure and velocity. It also allows for a quick recovery of temperature and humidity stability when the door is opened.
- **Independent Systems**: The temperature increase, temperature decrease, and humidification systems are completely independent, which enhances efficiency, reduces testing costs, extends service life, and lowers the failure rate.
