Product application:
The drip test device is suitable for the protection of external lighting and signaling devices as well as automotive lamp housings.
Chamber structure:
The drip test device consists of a fixed column, column-type lifting guide rail, drip box, water level regulating water supply tank, automatic lift, flow meter, filter paper, adjustable-angle worktable, and an electrical control box. Except for the worktable, all components that come into contact with water are made entirely of stainless steel materials. The guide column is made of high-quality stainless steel square tube with plastic spraying treatment, and both the upper and lower parts are composed of steel pipes, connected by forged square steel blocks as connectors to form the main frame. It is fixed with special nuts for easy disassembly.
Water Tank Material:Made of imported SUS stainless steel polished plate, arranged in a 20x20 matrix, with laser-drilled holes of Ø0.4. To facilitate leveling, a water tank liquid level gauge is provided to easily observe the water level inside the tank. The water level in the drip box can be adjusted by regulating the overflow level of the water supply tank, achieving the desired drip rate. Multi-layer filter paper with different mesh sizes is used instead of sand/pebbles, which prevents clogging and makes cleaning and replacement convenient. The bottom of the test box uses high-quality fixed flat plates.
Worktable:The worktable surface can be tilted at an angle of 10° to 45°. The table surface has T-slots for securing heavy test pieces. The bottom is equipped with casters, which allow the table to be moved out of the way when not in use. The test box has upper and lower height limits (using imported proximity switches).
Control system:
The drip test device uses a flow meter to adjust the pressure. An imported frequency converter is used to control the speed, effectively ensuring that the test runs according to the standard. It is equipped with a water filter.
