Chamber structure:
The elevated drip test equipment is made of stainless steel, which has good corrosion resistance, good appearance gloss and good anti-oxygen effect at high temperature.
The equipment should have a height-adjustable bracket. Once raised to the desired height, it should be secured with screws. To lower it, simply loosen the screws. When the customer raises the upper part of the bracket during installation, a forklift capable of lifting to a height exceeding 4 meters will be used.
Control system:
Adjust the pressure with a flowmeter.
The lifting drip test equipment adopts imported frequency converter to control the speed, which effectively ensures the test to run according to the standard. Equipped with water filter
Equipment Operation
Installation Site: The equipment will be placed in a special test laboratory for testing and then moved and stored in different locations.
The test laboratory has a step that is 300 mm above the ground. The door is over 3 meters high and 6 meters wide.
After the drip test is completed, the equipment will be moved outside the laboratory, and the total height of the bracket when lowered should not exceed 3 meters.
Water Source: Clean local tap water.
Water Tank Design: There is a water inlet and an outlet at the back, each connected to a 3/8” pipe. The adjustable scale should be at least 1.5 meters.
Total Power: 1.3 kW.
Power Supply Specifications: AC 220V ±10%, 50 ±0.5 Hz (single-phase three-wire system).
