Chamber structure:
The base of the large walk-in high and low temperature test chamber is constructed using an 8# channel steel welded into a grid-like frame. This design ensures that the base can support the weight of the chamber and the personnel and test specimens under level conditions, without causing unevenness or cracking on the chamber floor. The load-bearing capacity is 200 kg per square meter.
The chamber (main body of the test chamber, also known as the shell) consists of six chamber surfaces and a double-leaf chamber door with dimensions of 1800 mm × 2000 mm. The chamber material includes an inner lining of high-quality stainless steel plate (to prevent rusting of the inner walls during long-term operation in humid conditions) and an outer lining of high-quality color-coated steel plate (a domestic brand). The insulation medium is polyurethane rigid foam, which is lightweight, impact-resistant, and provides excellent thermal insulation. The door material is also made of color-coated steel plate, and the door handle is designed for easy opening from both the inside and outside, allowing test personnel to freely open the door from within the enclosed chamber.
Control system:
The large walk-in high and low temperature test chamber is equipped with an imported programmable touch-screen LCD display featuring a Chinese dialog interface, as well as a microcomputer integrated controller.
Refrigeration system:
Compressor: Fully imported semi-hermetic German Copeland compressor.
Drier filter: American "Arico" brand.
Oil separator: Taiwanese "Guan Ya" brand.
Solenoid valve: Italian "Castel" brand.
The refrigeration system adopts a single-stage or two-stage low-temperature loop system design.
A multi-blade fan is used for powerful air circulation, eliminating any dead zones and ensuring uniform temperature distribution within the test area.
The airflow design for exhaust and return air meets the testing standards for air pressure and velocity, and allows for rapid temperature stabilization after the door is opened.
The heating, cooling, and systems are completely independent, which can improve efficiency, reduce testing costs, extend service life, and lower the failure rate.
