Chamber structure:
The base of the constant temperature and humidity laboratory chamber is constructed using an 8# channel steel welded into a grid-like frame. This design allows it to support the weight of the chamber itself, personnel, and test specimens under level conditions without causing unevenness or cracking on the chamber floor. The load-bearing capacity is 200 kg per square meter.
The chamber of the constant temperature and humidity laboratory (the main body of the test chamber, also known as the shell) consists of six chamber surfaces and a double-leaf chamber door with dimensions of 1800 mm × 2000 mm. The chamber material includes an inner lining of high-quality stainless steel plate (to prevent rusting of the inner walls during long-term operation in humid conditions) and an outer lining of high-quality color-coated steel plate (a domestic brand). The insulation medium is polyurethane rigid foam, which is lightweight, impact-resistant, and provides excellent thermal insulation. The door material is also made of color-coated steel plate, and the door handle is designed for easy opening from both the inside and outside, allowing test personnel to freely open the door from within the enclosed chamber.
Control system:
The walk-in constant temperature and humidity test chamber uses an imported programmable touch-screen LCD Chinese dialog display, with a microcomputer integrated controller.
The temperature and humidity display and control instrument adopts a (Japanese) fully imported large-screen display (5.7-inch LED display). The screen operation is simple, and program editing is easy. There is no need for button input; options can be directly selected by touching the screen. Accuracy: 0.1°C (display range).
Temperature sensor: PT100 platinum resistance thermometer.
Control method: Heat balance temperature and humidity control; all electrical components are products of (Schneider) series.
Temperature and humidity control uses a P·I·D + S·S·R system for coordinated control on the same channel.
The constant temperature and humidity laboratory has an automatic calculation function, which can immediately correct the temperature and humidity change conditions, making the control more precise and stable.
The controller's operating interface is available in both Chinese and English, and real-time operation curves can be displayed on the screen.
It has a capacity of 120 programs, with 99 segments per program and 999 steps per segment for cycling. The maximum time setting for each segment is 99 hours and 59 minutes.
After the data and test conditions are entered, the controller has a screen lock function to prevent shutdown due to accidental touch.
It is equipped with an RS-232 or RS-485 communication interface, which allows for program design, monitoring of the test process, and execution of automatic on/off and curve data printing functions on a computer.
The controller has an automatic screen saver function for the display, which better protects the LCD screen during long-term operation (extending its lifespan).
If an error occurs during operation or setting, an alarm signal will be provided.
Refrigeration system:
The compressor of the constant temperature and humidity laboratory is a fully imported semi-hermetic German Copeland compressor.
The refrigeration method is cascade refrigeration with single-stage R22 refrigeration.
The condensation method is air-cooled.
The refrigerants used are R404A and R23 (imported environmentally friendly types).
The entire system's piping has undergone a 48-hour air pressure leak test.
The heating and cooling systems are completely independent.
The refrigerant piping is of an internal spiral copper tube design.
The evaporator is of a finned, inclined plate type.
Components such as the drier filter, refrigerant sight glass, repair valve, oil separator, solenoid valve, and receiver are all imported original parts.
