Product application:
The three-chamber high and low temperature alternating test chamber can generally be divided into programmable high and low temperature test chambers (touch screen/ button type) and single-point high and low temperature test chambers.
It is used to test the structure of materials or composite materials, to determine the extent to which they can endure extreme high and low temperatures in a continuous environment.
It helps to assess the chemical changes or physical damage caused by thermal expansion and contraction. The materials applicable for such tests include metal, plastic, rubber, electronics, etc., and the test results can serve as a basis or reference for product improvement.

Chamber structure:
The body of the high and low temperature alternating test chamber is processed and formed by a CNC machine tool, with an attractive and elegant appearance.
It also features a non-reactive handle for easy operation.
The inner chamber is made of imported high-grade stainless steel (SUS304) mirror plate, while the outer chamber is made of A3 steel plate with spray plastic coating, which enhances the appearance and cleanliness.
The large observation window is equipped with a lighting lamp to keep the inside of the chamber bright. The use of built-in steel-tempered glass in the heating element allows for a clear view of the internal conditions at any time.
The machine is mounted on high-quality fixed PU casters at the bottom.
A test hole with a diameter of 50 mm is provided on the left side of the chamber, which can be used for connecting external test power lines or signal lines.
Control system:
The high and low temperature alternating test chamber is equipped with a temperature and humidity controller from the Japanese original import brand “Yokogawa” with a 7-inch high-definition color LCD touch screen display.
It has a capacity of 1000 programs, with each program capable of cycling through 999 steps. The maximum setting time for each step is 99 hours and 59 minutes. It also features a function to link 10 programs.
The controller can store historical data for up to 600 days (under 24-hour operation, with a recording interval of more than 1 minute when both temperature and humidity data are recorded simultaneously).
It can also replay the historical data curves uploaded to the control system.
The equipment has a powerful network monitoring and control function. Even if you are not next to the machine, you can operate and monitor it in real-time on a computer.
The controller panel is equipped with a standard 10M/100M Ethernet interface, which automatically obtains an IP address for remote control.
It supports functions such as real-time monitoring, replay of historical curves, program editing, FTP upload and download, viewing of historical faults, and remote set-point/program control.
It has an automatic calculation function that can immediately correct the temperature and humidity change conditions, making the control of temperature and humidity more precise and stable.
Refrigeration system:
The refrigeration unit of the high and low temperature alternating test chamber employs a French original “Tecumseh” full-sealed compressor.
The refrigeration system is designed with a single-stage or two-stage low-temperature loop system.
A multi-blade blower is used for powerful air circulation, eliminating any dead spots and ensuring uniform temperature distribution within the test area.
The air circulation design for the air supply and return ensures that the air pressure and velocity meet the test standards and allows for a quick temperature recovery when the door is opened.
The heating, cooling, and systems are completely independent, which can improve efficiency, reduce test costs, extend service life, and lower the failure rate.
